Welcome to Imi's Design Shop! By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to pricing errors or stock issues.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details.

We do not accept returns for personalised items unless they are faulty.

If you have selected a digital proof option, your order will not be processed until you approve the design.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders can only be canceled or modified if processing has not yet begun.

Once an order is in production, we cannot accept cancellations or changes.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our personalised products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers.

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Imi's Design Shop and may not be copied or used without permission.
